The Three Stages of Self-Initiation

The major challenge facing humanity as a whole and each human being on the individual scale in our modern times, is the realization of the New Soul.

Most people think to soul development to an automatic evolutionary development where to the ego-personality, the main role is assigned. According to the Rosycross, the latter is absolutely false: in the development of the New Soul no spontaneous evolution exists, only self-revolution of the ego-personality. For each person will have to detach himself from all the old before he can bring forth something entirely new. None of the old can be included in the entirely new!

Hence self-initiation is only possible on the universal path of a fundamental self-renewal. This path can only be chosen in freedom and self-authority and based on deep inner urge and insight. Each person is being called to this Path but most people are not aware, even though they feel like strangers on this earth and would like nothing better than to leave. But leaving delivers nothing new, at most, a change in external conditions.

Therefore, the inner Path of self-revolution is the universal method of the establishment of the New Soul. This path, also known as Endura, has three stages known as John, Jesus and Christ. The Spiritual School of the Golden Rosycross exists to inform and to support those who so wish.
